Wrinkle patterns

FIB induced wrinkle patterns.

The region exposed to ion beam has wrinkle patterns with straight configuration.

Wrinkled surface in Hierarchical scale. small scale of 450nm on lager scale wavelength of 2micron.

Wrinkle pattern can be confined only on the selected area (left) or forms the dot shape island array.
